These Terms of Service apply to your use of procardvault.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make from ProCardVault ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and descriptions
We make every effort to describe products and card conditions accurately. Photos of sealed product and common singles may be representative. Colors may look slightly different on your screen.
Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and can change at any time without notice. Trading card prices move quickly, and the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Items are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities per customer, especially on new releases.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders we believe were placed by resellers in bulk, orders with suspected fraud, or orders with incorrect pricing. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
Pre-orders
Pre-order release dates are set by the manufacturer and can change. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays or allocation cuts. If we cannot fulfill a pre-order, we will refund it in full.
Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order. You agree that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both are part of these terms.
Sales tax
We collect sales tax where required by law, calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Trademarks
Pokémon and all related names, characters, and images are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. ProCardVault is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or The Pokémon Company. Product names are used only to identify the products we sell.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including changes in a card's market value.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
