We want every collector to be happy with their pickup. Because trading cards are collectibles whose value depends on their exact condition, our return policy is different for each product type.
Sealed product
Unopened, factory-sealed product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. The shrink wrap and seals must be completely intact. Opened product cannot be returned, since we cannot verify its contents.
Single cards
If a single card does not match the condition listed on your order, email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the front and back. We will offer a replacement in the correct condition, a partial refund for the difference, or a full refund once the card is returned. Singles cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind or a change in market price.
Graded slabs
Graded cards are sold as graded by the grading company (PSA, CGC, BGS, or others). We do not accept returns based on disagreement with the assigned grade. If a slab arrives cracked or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
How to start a return
- Email support@procardvault.shop with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason.
- Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
- Pack the items as carefully as we packed them for you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item or a condition mismatch.
Wrong or missing items
If you received the wrong item or something is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order that has not shipped yet by emailing us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the normal return policy applies. Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before they ship.
